End Of Year Awards 2021: Top 25 Tag Teams

Tag team wrestling – when done correctly – is a beautiful ballet of high octane violence. Four men/women in a ring together, moving and flowing like water, as they beat seven bails of s*ite out of each other while we in the audience, sit transfixed at the story that is unfolding before us. It is a fricking art form. With so many companies now in existence, we are almost spoiled for choice when it comes to tag team wrestling. these days. From the Usos in the WWE to FTR in AEW, from the Briscoes nearly goddamn everywhere to The Von Erich’s in MLW, the number and variety of tag teams are mind-boggling, and there’s a little something for everyone. Whether you love lucha style, hard-hitting brawlers, or over-the-top characters that are the living dead, whatever your taste, tag team professional wrestling will cater to you.

Over the past week or so, we here at SPOBS Towers have been bringing you our definitive list of the best of the best from 2021. We’ve covered the Top 10 Promos, the Top 10 Shows, the Top 10 Matches, and the Top 10 Promotions, and now we’re into the final stretch it’s time for us to gaze our collective eye over those performers who really stepped up to the plate over the past 12 months.
