MLW Kings of Colosseum PPV to Air for Free

In what can only be described as a gesture of goodwill towards wrestling fans this Christmas, MLW has announced that their first PPV of 2021, Kings of Colosseum, will be free to everyone.

In a press release, “Saint” Court Bauer said;

Times are tough for a lot of folks and we are so grateful for the incredible support from our fans. So, we decided to take this event originally slated to be a Pay-Per-View and give it to fans for free as a gift. We’re going to stack the card with title fights, top-ranked wrestlers, and make it a true tentpole for the league.”

This is both incredibly cool and extremely interesting at the same time.

The fact that the company is willing to lose out on thousands of dollars worth of buys, just so we can have something to look forward too after the shitstorm that has been 2020, automatically makes me love MLW more than any other company on the planet and if I had a sister, I’d let Court Bauer marry here in a heart-beat.

But I’m also not completely blinded by their generosity and the fact that they’re going to fill the program with as much talent and as many title fights as they can, means that if it’s the roaring success that they are hoping it will be it will make Kings of Colosseum their own Wrestle Kingdom or Wrestlemania.

This is fine as far as I’m concerned and I’m already putting the Jan. 6 in my diary, though being a Blighty boy it’ll be Midnight here by the time it all kicks off.

Kings of Colosseum will air on January 6 at 7 pm ET and will be available on YouTube, Fubo Sports, Pluto TV.
