Could The Undertaker Be Heading To Be A Trainer?

As reported here earlier, Triple H held a media call after NXT Takeover: WarGames, to talk about the show, but there were other subjects to be discussed. For example one reporter asked, could we be about to see The Undertaker take on a trainer role at the WWE Performance Center?

Triple H’s Views On The Undertaker

According to Triple H, it’s a possibility:

We’ve talked a lot about it, about being here and being involved with the future, and getting more into that…we’ve actually just touched base in the past couple of days, and that is something coming out of the holidays that we will certainly be talking about in 2021, which is just one more reason to be excited about next year. Having him involved, I just, I can’t stress enough how impactful that will be to everybody.”

Although he did offer this note of caution:

‘Taker has previously said he would be interested in working as a coach at the Performance Center. The travel between Texas and Florida on a regular basis could prove to be a stumbling block to any final agreement, though.”

Retirement?

For a legend like the Undertaker to hang up his boots without passing on any of the 30 years of knowledge that he’s accumulated within the WWE would be a crying shame. Hunter has already said how much the talent look forward to The Taker’s visits and trainer sessions. They are eager to learn from him.

Having said that if anyone deserves to just ride off into the sunset and have a peaceful, easy retirement, it would be The Undertaker. Retirement isn’t jumping on planes every week or so to head out to Florida for most people. Is it for The Demon of Death Valley?

What do you think? Should he try it for a little while or enjoy his retirement? Let us know in the comments below.
